very disappointed with service

We went as a family and were very disappointed with the service. We had to practically ask for everytihing including water. They did not even care to give the crackers for the soup or tea or even a fortune cookie. But I did notice that the table near us were treated in the opposite manner.Even though we and the next table were only 2 tables to wait on. Beware......you will be served depending on whether they like you for some reason or not. I have no complaints for the taste of food. But I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone nor would I go to this place again,
